Useful

Hired this company to dig drainage trench and level back yard to abate flooding. After he told us work completed, yard continued to flood. Over the next 3 months, he has been promising to come back and fix the problem. Never shoed up on dates prmoised. Now he says he is broke and can't afford to come back.
