Review: I have a medical scooter for a mobility disability that was purchased through DownState Medical Supply. Due to the lack of integrity in how DownState handles its customer service, I have had to deal with the Supply Headquarter company [redacted]. Unfortunately, [redacted] can only do so much to help me and they have been acting as the middle-man between myself and DownState Medical Supply because either I cannot get them on the phone, or I'm given the run-around in responses to questions and/or repairs. Since September 2014, I have made [redacted] aware of the need for a new bumper for my scooter. To date, I do not have the bumper, partially because DownState Medical Supply stalled in submitting for authorization to my insurance and then once authorization was approved, DownState stalled ordering the bumper for so long that the manufacturer had to sell the bumper that was being held for me. My bumper has been on back-order since December and I have to check in with the manufacturer myself. In January, I let [redacted] know that I needed a new tire from flat that I caught while riding. DownState stalled and lied about when the authorization was put in to my insurance (I had to follow-up on my own) and since February, the tire has not been ordered. I have also achieved authorization for the tube to go with the tire. As of today (3/**/15), I caught DownState in another lie to [redacted] that the tire and tube was ordered from [redacted], the manufacturer of my scooter. Even the manufacturer has complained to me that DownState staff is unprofessional and rude when they call. [redacted] is in a bind, as they cannot do the ordering directly and they have been trying for months to work with DownState medical supply. Total time that I have not been able to use my scooter will be 3 months in a few days. I have suffered and been limited in getting around even for mundane things, because I cannot always afford Access-A-Ride (my scooter is in place of having to use public or assisted transit).Desired Settlement: 1. I need the repairs done to my scooter expeditiously (tire+ tube+ bumper) and done with thoroughness. 2. DownState Medical Supply should rush-order my bumper where possible and incur the costs of it.3. Revdex.com should deal directly with DownState Medical Supply supervisor [redacted]
