We returned from out of town to find our AC not working and temps inside reaching degrees The next morning I called Downtown Air and Heat after reading great reviews of the company online They were quick to respond and diagnose the problem -- we needed a new compressor They were able to locate one for our unit although we had to wait until the next day to have it installed Keagan did an excellent job plus, he was polite, neat and informative throughout the process We give them thumbs up and would definitely call on them again
