Before we went to service [redacted]'s refrigerator on January 27, 2017, our company thoroughly explained, to the [redacted] that our last repair on May 9, 2016 was way past our 90 day warranty period, and there would be no warranty...

However, we understand how the customer feels, that since the problem with the refrigerator again seems related to the water filling into the ice maker improperly, we'll cover this repair as a no charge service.
As a courtesy, we have voided [redacted]'s check [redacted] for [redacted] and mailed it back to her.
As the manager of Home Appliance Parts and Repair, I haven't had the opportunity of speaking with either [redacted] or [redacted] in regards to this issue, but welcome them to call me directly any time in the future to make sure they are pleased with our company.
