I called [redacted] and apologized about the misunderstanding with W/O #[redacted], 6/24/16. We talked about his complaint and we agreed to rescheduled a appointment for 6/30/16. I replaced the leaking A/C service pressure valves and recharge system at no charge to him. After the repair a/c system...

started working and air from vents registered 40 deg. cold, I used my UV light to find any dye that may be leaking from system and found a/c compressor leaking. Showed customer the leak and advised him that we should remove Freon from system so A/C oil would not leak on fan belt and he agreed. He decided vehicle is not worth spending the extra money to replace A/C compressor.  He said that he would go on to your site to say that we settled his complaint and was satisfied.
