I feel that we deserve an apologetic letter from them, this has been very poor service and lasting a very long time, I would like a letter from them stating that everything has been paid and a promise that we won't receive another bill..which may sound overboard, but then we never expected to get three bills in the first place...how do we know that we won't get another bill?
