Downtown Cleaning

Review: On 7/8/2016 I dropped off 5 items to be dry cleaned, 1 of the items was a blouse that had been left previously; however, when I picked it up the spots were not removed and the entire blouse now had light purple spots all over. 1 black blouse now has white specks all over and 1 cream silk blouse now has black smudges on the front and back near the hem and the hem is coming undone.

On 7/12/2016 I picked up 3 of the blouses were still not cleaned. The gentleman who was there did not have a phone number for me to reach the owner, nor is there one advertised. I left the 3 blouses with a note to the owner [redacted] to call me. She never called me.

On 7/25/2016 I returned to pick up my items (all still the same).

I've used Downtown Cleaners for several years and never had a problem. I don't know if there has been a change in ownership. This is very disappointing.Desired Settlement: Nothing. I am never doing business with Downtown Cleaners again. I gave the owner 2 opportunities to rectify the issue and to contact me for an explanation if the issue could not be resolved. Instead, the owner just left my clothes for me to pick up and did not offer apologies, explanation or remedies for the remedy.

I can't leave clothing that I pay my hard earned money to a careless dry cleaner.
