The oral cancer screening is a true charge, it is done 1 time a year, not just by our office but most dental offices.  It is ethicly what we have to do in our patients best interest.  However if the patient would have called us I would have explained to her that most insurance companies...

do pay for this service but we write off the one's that don't.  That's just how nice this doctor is. I will call the patient.Thank you for your help.
