I am rejecting this response because: the business has not contacted me at all! The last contact I had with them was when the office manager acknowledged that I shouldn't have had a copay and that they were waiting for *** *** to approve reimbursement and that they would get back to meThey never did, which is why I filed the complaint with the Revdex.com, because this is a dishonest, unprofessional business. We have received the complaint and will review further into this once we have received a signed HIPPA release form stating that we have permission to discussion claims with Revdex.com. I would also like to add that we have been working directly with the pt and had given her more info last week....

Once we receive the form then we can discuss more. Thanks

I have spoken to the billing department and we are going to be issuing out the patients refund Monday by check. She should receive it in the mail in a couple of days.
