Hello,I apologize for the delay - I was traveling outside of CharlottesvilleThe complaint is resolved as I paid my bill in whole, however, I am not satisfied with the business's responseI did not receive any of the invoices the office mailed to meFurthermore, I was not told during my visits that I had a balance (although when I spoke with someone on the phone they mentioned this is something they do with all patients)I also never heard from anyone to verify my address as they stated they would do in the responseCan this complaint remain on record, so that future customers will know of the issue? David P[redacted] returned my call, He stated he spoke with Ms. [redacted] on the phone last week about the issue. As of today nothing has happened to Ms. [redacted] credit. Four billing statements were mailed to her, once no payment was received it got handed over to a collections agency. I asked Mr. P[redacted] to...

verify the address he had on file he informed me the address he had on file was [redacted]. I informed him thats slightly different than the address we have on file. that I will be reaching out to Ms. [redacted] to verify her address is correct.
