I used Colonial to purchase floor tile and received a product well worth the money I was also impressed by the owners of the business However, I also used them for a patio and a retaining wall where their subcontractors worked without any supervision from Colonial The subcontractors were not respectful of my property, They damaged a fence, broke a waterline, destroyed my weed eater and hit and damaged a gutter downspout on my home I had to pick up the snack wrappers that they threw down On the patio, they covered up a sprinkler head which I had to move On the retaining wall, it took three weeks due to equipment problems and the wall sank, they were supposed to maintain the area between my neighbors so their lot would not erode, which they did not doThis however was corrected The subcontractor then spent one month in Brazil, so the wall was not corrected until he got back to the States I asked them repeatedly to install pvc pipes from the bottom to each level so that I could bring water and electricity to each level later I furnished the pipe, and glue They totally messed that up If I were to install floor tile or cabinets, I would use them again However, I would not allow the paver subcontract to do any work for me again

Pipe blew and flooded tile and wood floors in the entire bottom of the houseHad several estimates that were close and went with colonial tile and pavers in Clermont The experience was postive from start to finishI would highly recommend the company to other people

This was an outstanding experience everyone on their team was outstandingVery great service and courtesy toward clientOutstanding work!!!

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.
Their are multiple issues with the business responseFirst, the claim that I was not reachable and
did nt communicate with the office is false, the company has a text program in place to which they have a record as well as I have a record of all text to me from the office directlyIn addition to payment reminders, the manager communicated daily with me directly through this serviceI have retained all these text for the purpose of the companies assumed denialThe text clearly lays out may inconsistences in the actions of this company including my request not to send any vendors to my home as violation of breach of peace, the manager communicated that my payoff was in text after I requested it, I spoke with the manager via this text the day of repossession again stating not to send anyone to my home, that I would come the next day by 10amI have requested my ten day letter via text, as well as my personal inventory to which I have received neitherIn regards to the RTC, I requested a new one to be sent to my correct address certified to ensure delivery, this was not done and I didnt receive the claimed correct oneFor proof of income the company asked for my wifes income but didnt ask for her to sign to justify the payment amount due to my unemployment, which at the time I had not received only a determination of possible benefitsIn regards to the repossession agents claim of no wrong doing, pictures were taken by me of the damage after the incident to which I have in my possessionOf course, a third party vendor isnt goign to admit responsibliity however, the company contract thems and is thus responsible for their actionsThe companies response is a typical reaction to valid claimsThe property claim of being sold by 6/is unjustified as I still as of this date have not received my ten day letterI do not feel they should skirt the boundries to be convienient to their needsMy resolution was included in the initial claim.

I used Colonial to purchase floor tile and received a product well worth the money. I was also impressed by the owners of the business. However, I also used them for a patio and a retaining wall where their subcontractors worked without any supervision from Colonial. The subcontractors were not respectful of my property, They damaged a fence, broke a waterline, destroyed my weed eater and hit and damaged a gutter downspout on my home. I had to pick up the snack wrappers that they threw down. On the patio, they covered up a sprinkler head which I had to move. On the retaining wall, it took three weeks due to equipment problems and the wall sank, they were supposed to maintain the area between my neighbors so their lot would not erode, which they did not do. This however was corrected. The subcontractor then spent one month in Brazil, so the wall was not corrected until he got back to the States. I asked them repeatedly to install pvc pipes from the bottom to each level so that I could bring water and electricity to each level later. I furnished the pipe, and glue. They totally messed that up. If I were to install floor tile or cabinets, I would use them again. However, I would not allow the paver subcontract to do any work for me again.

Re: Case ID: [redacted]
Dear Ms. [redacted], Thank you for your letter dated June 7, 2016, notifying the company of Mr. [redacted]’s additional correspondence. We appreciate this opportunity to respond. Again, the company operates in strict compliance with state and federal laws and has committed no wrongdoing. On February 2, 2016, Mr. [redacted] borrowed $3,140.00. He never submitted a payment and had very limited communication with the company. On May 26, 2016, when his account was nearly four months past due, the company repossessed its collateral. Despite Mr. [redacted]’s contentions, the repossession company adamantly deny his allegations and the company has no reason not to believe the repossession company’s statements. Thank you again for your assistance with this matter and the opportunity to respond. If you have any other further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact me. Sincerely, [redacted]
