I am rejecting this response because:It doesnt make sense to charge me immediately because it took nearly days for my campaign to go live then charge my account on the same date on the 2nd monthThat means that I only get about days of live campaign servicesThe rep indicated to me that he would speak to the billing department so that my 2nd months bill would be days from the day the campaign went live and that never happenedI only got about days of campaign before I was charged for the 2nd month I did respond quickly to the representatives request to provide the necessary login informationI gave him complete access to my website including login and password information so he could do the necessary requirements to get my campaign up and running to go live. My claim is not regarding the first months charge its regarding the 2nd months chargeThe traffic did not come through as discussed with the rep during the first month so I opted out and cancelled for the 2nd month and after numerous calls and emails to the rep I never heard back from him
