Today at about 1.30 pm I went to this shop to inquire about the price of my bangles. *** the shop owner cheated me by using his manipulated weighing machines= which shows less weight of my bangles and also showed me less price of $39 per gram of 22 ct gold. For my 2 bangles weighing 37 grams he only paid me $1200. When I spoke to my husband he asked me to return his money and take the bangles back. But *** refused to give back my bangles.
He did not give me any receipt. when I asked him for receipt he said we do not give any paper we have video recording.
I was *** by *** who gave my half price for my bangles.
He is *** the government also by not giving any receipt and taxes.
I want my bangles back, I will return his money.

we are licensed to buy used jewellery this customer agreed to sell her bangles at a mutually agreed price she asked to be paid in cash we told her that she needs to present her identification for this transaction and she did then we took a photocopy of her ID then we paid her cash. few hours later she changed her mind asking to reverse this deal. She was *** when she came back. Her claim as far as the receipt goes, we present it only upon a purchase not when someone is selling to us. we do everything accordingly and properly. her claim that we forced her to sell it is ***. if you need more information please call me
