To whom it may concern, The owner of the company and other employee returned to the job a few days later at the customers request, they listened to what the customer wanted them to do different that wasn't done the first time to their satisfactionThe men that
returned spent over hours there moving things around to the customers satisfactionWhen the men left, everything to the owners knowledge was resolvedThe customer called the office a few times requesting to have her total moving cost returned to herWe did not see the justification in a full refund due to the fact that we did cooperate with the customer on issues they weren't happy with the first time our movers we're thereWe returned - resolved the complaint's the customer had - (again) when the owner & employee left after resolving all issues with the customer, to the owners knowledge everything was resolved to the customers satisfaction.Thank you!!!

Hello! I've attached the contract with H Johnson (purchased by Wayne & Family, I can provide proof of sale as well), the traffic collision report, estimate for furniture repair of furniture that is repairable plus the property report that was submitted to insurance. The property
report is a page document detailing the furniture that can be repaired vs the furniture that is not repairable.I'd like to provide an update that *** Insurance did pay me ~$2,for structural damages to my home. I'm still seeking reimbursement for all personal property damages totaling approximately $8,500. If you need any additional documents, please advise. I have all kinds of documentation! Thanks!
