I have tried times, including tonight, to cancel my membership The first time over months ago I have not used these services since! I put a block on my account for the 17th of the month to keep them from taking my monthly fees They got my account every days I try to catch it but every month they take my money and at least $in late fees
Since, I've moved to Kentucky The past two times I've visited I've tried to cancel I've said I don't want my $ back Just cancel my account Tonight, I was denied because I blocked attempts to take this month's payments They want $for a $membership that I've tried to cancel times!
I'm filing a report with you, the Consumer Protection agency & the Police Department! I completed my 1year contract around years ago! They need to stop taking money from my account!
Customers have no recourse in this company They have different people every time you go there!

So, then I go in and fill out a cancellation notice and boom woosh, I'm charged a $"administrative fee"Well, this was no where in my contractI'd already been charged the $for the year when I signed up and

A few months later I got an email inviting me to return for $down and $per month so I signed up and was delighted to finally return to the gymWhen I returned, they said I couldn't workout because I was past due! This made no sense to me because the email invited me back with no mention of the amount past due and now they were attemp
