vendor that installed the flooring in your unit, the timeliness of the trim order, and the timeliness for the job to be completedI would love to speak with you on the phone today as soon as possible to make sure we are on the same page because, per our conversation last week and confirmation from our handyman, I was under the impression that everything was settled and that you were satisfied with the work being completedAdditionally, you were compensated for the delay on this work but the complaint mentions wanting compensationAgain, I just want to make sure we are on the same page and that you know I am here to listen and work through this with you!!
