specifications also to the best to my ability given that I have been a cobbler for decades as my father before me.The shoes are not new and by her admission she had the shoes repaired previously many years ago.Upon receiving the shoes back after the repairs were done [redacted], as with all my customers, had the opportunity to examine and approve the workmanship of the shoes. She did approve. It was afterward, she decided the repairs where not to her satisfaction. She called me to state that fact. I offered to work with her however; she had to bring the shoes back as I cannot see what was wrong without seeing the shoes again. She did not bring the shoes back.I guarantee all my repairs and work with all my customers. I guarantee my work not the work of another cobbler who may have repaired the shoes many years ago. I do acknowledge the shoes, when purchased, may have been expensive but nonetheless they are now old. I offered to work with her even though she had been verbally abusive and slanderous to me on the phone. However, I feel she is using this opportunity to gain a new pair of shoes at my expense.Sincerely,Raul V.
