unknown how they are handled and cared-for once they leave the store which can depreciate their value.When the complainant came in on 2/18/17 and said the FM on the receiver came in weak, the employee entered a work order to repair the item but the complainant wanted a refund of their money.  The employee restated our policy and assured complainant that if it could not be repaired Downtown Sound would agree to another solution.  The complainant told the employee to keep the item and left before we could come to a resolution.The receiver was then checked by the employee and later that night by the electronics technician and both found the receiver worked but the FM radio reception was weak, which is what the complainant told us.We always strive to satisfy our customers and will issue a refund of $126.79 at a time that works for the complainant. Downtown Sound[redacted] [redacted]
