First of all I would to say I stayed at a motel in Bardstown, Ky that needs to be put out of business.First, it was advertisement online, the pictures and everything it said about the place was all falseIt was deplorable conditions , no one should have to put up with suchI called to make a reservations online but first ask for a local number, he gave it to me I thought, it was SOME kind of local number but when I got there on Thursday with my daughter and grandchildren, I knew I DID NOT want to stay therethey said they had free WiFi and a pool, well the pool was drained, it looked like it had been for years, nasty , dirty around the pool , grass , weeds grown up all around,I don't the clerk I think I made a mistake and wanted a refund, and to speak to a manager, she said no refunds I paid $a night, she said she didn't know where I booked the room because theirs was only $a night, I said I called the local number I was given, she said it wasn't theirsso it was all aroundadvertisement, what the man told me on the phone, etcI said I have children who wanted a pool is the reason I booked here, she says there's a city pool in town :-( So I had to take the kids there and pay for it#mistake then since I could not get my money back she took me to a roomthe keys didn't work, the room smelled, the carpet was dirty, the light bulbs was not working, the commode was running, and the door after closing it , looked like it had been kicked in, no top lock, I ask for another room, same , sameit was discussing to say the least.On the outside it hadn't been painted in years, red doors to the rooms were pink, no lawn care, old vaccums etcsitting out on sidewalk, grass grown up around place.I hope and pray my family nor I were bitten by bedbugs, because this place was beyond anything I could describe PLEASE help me? I feel this place needs to be shutdown , I wrote a complaint online, but whatever place I called needs to know this

-Checked in 10/22/at approximately 7:pm (approximately people all on motorcycles)It was about degreesWe had previously made our reservations through the website so we had no idea what we were walking into -Upon checking in, the Owner (Indian woman) greeted us and seemed to be high on something or drunkShe was not very friendly and didn’t seem to know anything about the town of BardstownThe lobby was filthy dirtyThere were several pairs of dirty shoes at the entrance, which smelled badWe entered our room which smelled of urine, feces, mold and vomitAt this point we attempted to find another place to stay but no availability throughout the town as everything was bookedWe both are highly allergic to black mold and we both had respiratory problems in the room -BEDBUGS! Need I say moreI slept in my clothes then put them in a plastic bag so that they would not contaminate any of my property-The bed linen was stained and musty (unwashed?) The pillows appeared to be years old-The carpet was stained and sticky with who knows what-Black mold everywhere (bathroom walls, fans, air conditioner, shower curtain was really bad, shower head, sink, toilet, refrigerator, microwave, hair dryer everywhere! -At approximately am, there was loud partying going on in the parking lotScreaming, people threatening each other, the sound of bottles breaking, etcI tried to call the Bardstown Police, no answerI tried to call the Nelson County Sheriff, no answerI tried to call the Owner of the hotel, NO ANSWER! The vagrants outside made us feel very uncomfortable and we felt like someone was going to be killed with all the noiseThis went on until a.mNext mornibreakfast as advertisedOur TV only had one channel, the cabinet was falling apart, the refrigerator was not cold and the sink in bathroom was not clean! They falsely advertise their hotel in nice picturesThis place is a dumpFor health and safety reasons should be shut down! Parking lot next morning, broken bottles and drug paraphernalia all around, human excrement by our door (vomit!)PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE shut this place downIt is unsafe and unsanitary and violates every health codeThey must be letting short-term rentors rent their rooms because it was obvious that this constantly happens at this place!

The pictures from the website are nothing like the roomsWe went there oN Friday Feb 12, There were grocery carts and a/c units sitting outside the hotelThe whirlpool king size bed room we had reserved smelled and was filfthyThe comforter only covered the top part of the mattress and not the sides of the mattress where you could clearly see the sheets were just thrown up on the mattress and were dirtyThe whirlpool tub had about a inch ring of dirt and grimeThe manager said it was a stain and I showed him with my finger by wiping it off and I refused to stay thereHe said ok and acted as if he could care lessThe lobby smelled and was dirtySo disappointing

*** privecy we dont get customer credit card information from
*** , *** had charge customer Credit cardso only *** can
provide reciept.when customer ask I explain same process and gave contact
numebr 1800-*** but there was no conversation at all about room or
room service that customer had any isuue since today I found this customer had
issue about room and during of her stay if she would have let us know so whould
have chaeck about issue and would have help .***

The vagrants outside made us feel very uncomfortable and we felt like someone was going to be killed with all the noise. This went on until 5 a.m. Next morning-NO breakfast as advertised. Our TV only had one channel, the cabinet was falling apart, the refrigerator was not cold and the sink in bathroom was not clean! They falsely advertise their hotel in nice pictures. This place is a dump. For health and safety reasons should be shut down! Parking lot next morning, broken bottles and drug paraphernalia all around, human excrement by our door (vomit!). PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE shut this place down. It is unsafe and unsanitary and violates every health code.
