Downtown Value Inn

This hotel does NOT post its rack rates, and refuses to release them. We had a booking that they did not honor, tried to charge more based on an email confirmation of another guest's reservation, and eventually refused us service outright. They use various booking websites to "prove" the rates they claim but none of them match up, even to the same website on my phone while at the counter at reception.
