If only I could give minus, I wouldFirst, they don't have merchandises to show in their showroom as most of the things are through catalogsI bought a computer desk just by looking at the catalogI was promised for 12-pm timeslot on Monday 10/09/2017, but they were not at my place within the timeslotI gave them a call, and then they informed me that the driver is late because something got messed up at the warehouseThey said they will have the item assembled at their warehouse itself, and then the drive will deliver my desk to meI had to give them call back again as I had to meet my business meeting, and asked them very politely if they could make it up by 4:They said yesThe guy was at my place at 4:when I had to leave max by On call, the lady spoke politely but didn't cooperate and even hung up on me times without informing me that she needs to be on another callShe was just praising about herself, and telling me what all she did to have the product delivered to me on timeThen, I only asked her if all her efforts met the commitment to me to which she had no answerWhen I told her that I can't accept the product anymore, and would need my full refund back, she said there'll be restocking feeAre you kidding me? The product hadn't even stepped inside my placeSo, why would I be paying a restocking fee when the product was still in the hands of the delivery manI do not know how they are running their businessBut, definitely, they need to learn business ethics, and how to make their customers happyLooks like they just want one time business with people than trying to have them backNEVER, EVER doing business with themI do not even recommend them to anybodyThere's a way to deal with customers, which in my opinion, they are very much unaware of

They failed to inform me that they were going to be lateI had to call and ask
They don't respect and value their customers
