payment to her accountAdditionally, we reached out to *** and had them trace through the refundThey assure us that the funds have been transferred; they have been removed from our account.We have attached a copy of the refund from our statementPlease note that we do charge a $processing fee for any credit card transaction, which was discussed with *** *** at the time of adoption.Customer satisfaction is paramount to us here at the rescue, but we are at a loss as to how we can do more to resolve this matterBased on the information reviewed by our bank and the credit card processor we consider the matter closed.Cynthia KPresident

I am rejecting this response because: I was never refunded the money by [redacted] Bank. How is that my fault? I kept responding to the rescue that I hadn't received the refund. So now they believe the case is closed! No. It is not because I have not been refunded. If service is 'paramount' you should find a way to refund customers that you owe money to. If you need my banking statements to prove I have not been refunded, please let me know.
