[Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.] I have tried to include pictures apparently it will not let that happen. I will not accept this as the answer. They have messed up my house. The floors in my kitchen and bathroom are as bad as sun room they are saying was wet. the mess they left , the materials they wasted that I have to replace, my bathtub that is ruined. I have had to pay someone else to finish putting in toilet and vanity. I am told its going to cost $[redacted] just to fix ceramic thats not any of the other stuff they messed up. I am getting my receipts and pictures together so that I can send them to you. I am getting in touch with board of contractors, I am taking them to court , also my insurance company paid for part of this and I think they may have issue with what has happened. bottom line , they messed up. the job they did is a joke and not haha joke.

Ms. [redacted] had contacted our team through a third party vendor, [redacted]. My first interaction with Ms. [redacted] was via phone, where she expressed that she hasn't had the best of luck over the last year or so and was in the process of getting situated in her home located in...

Richmond/Henrico.  I then made the initial walkthrough with Ms. [redacted] to assess the requirements of her home project, following up with an estimate.  The requirements were established and her expectations were clear, however unfortunately there were several dilemmas that surfaced during the duration of this assignment: - The agreement established between Doyen Stalwart, LLC and Ms. [redacted] outlined that Ms. [redacted] would be furnishing all materials with Doyen Stalwart providing Labor and Tools/Equipment.  The day prior to us beginning the outlined scope of work, I had questioned what materials Ms. [redacted] had purchased and she had explained how one of the [redacted] representatives had helped her gather everything she needed to complete the project, unfortunately that was not the case.  The Sun Room which, according to Ms. [redacted], was under standing water when she arrived to the home, consisted of a subfloor that in my opinion is less than satisfactory. Ms. [redacted] stated that she had a friend redo the subfloor, which in fact was not the case, they just laid 1/4 plywood over the existing rotted subfloor and floor joist, therefore the floor moves up and down as you walk on it.  Myself along with my Partner, Derek R[redacted], expressed our concern with not only the condition of the sub-floor, but also the fact that she did not have backer board available for us to secure to the sub-floor, which then the tile and mortar would be set on.  Ms. [redacted] became very frustrated when we addressed this issue, wondering why we didn't tell her that she needed backer board in order to complete the installation, after stating that she had gotten everything needed to complete the project.  After providing her with our recommendation on the BackerBoard, she made the decision to install the tile and mortar directly to the existing sub-floor.  Which is essentially impossible whereas mortar will not bond to wood. As a contractor all I can do is provide the facts and hope that the customer makes the right choice. If they don't make the right decision, I'm still in a position to fulfill the request of the client even if it is cutting a corner. Moving forward, finally a friend of hers was able to explain the importance of the BackerBoard, which was finally purchased and made available onsite.I understand there is a time limit on this, if someone could please contact me on my direct mobile to discuss in further detail about the other complications that were out of the control of Doyen Stalwart, I would greatly appreciate it.  Mobile [redacted]Outline of Invoice & Payments:Invoice Total: $[redacted].00Deposit: $[redacted].00Final Payment: $[redacted].00Total Amount Paid: $[redacted].00Brandon W[redacted]
