I am rejecting this response because: First off I have been trying to get them to correct the issue for month It wasn't until I filed this complaint that they decided it would be best to finally talk with me and come to a resolution Prior to that they continually just kept procrastinating I got tired of being told they would call me only for weeks to go bySince the complaint I have spoken with *** *** and have come to an agreement We agreed to extend the shingles around the entire perimeter of the roof This was exactly what their nephew, *** said needed to be done months ago, but they did not want to do it *** called me last night to let me know that *** would be here today He said that it would take 1-1/days to complete the work Much to my surprise this afternoon I found that only half of the work was done and he was gone by 3pm according to a neighbor He had not done the repair over the gutters I called *** only for him to tell me that he forgot that they were to do the entire perimeter and only told *** to do the eaves I reminded him that, that was not what we agreed to *** is suppose to be back either tomorrow or Saturday to complete the work.This is not just a "cosmetic" issue If the problem is not corrected the fascia would eventually rot and *** & *** *** both agreed to that The only person who felt if was okay was *** *** Four months of dealing with this problem is long enough Sure *** was a nice guy as long as their isn't a problem with the work that is done But his true colors come out when the work is not done correctly You have to remember he is only concerned about getting paid and receiving his commission He actually told my neighbor across the street that he was going to have a problem with me. Doyle Exteriors has read the complaint written by *** *** *** and I have talked to *** and yes my son was to meet with her as I told her a couple of timesUnfortunately it did not work out, but my son did get together with *** recently and we are going to correct the issue on her roofWe
never do not take care of our customers, our company has repaired issues hrs from our home office and we have testimonials to back it up *** *** claimed ***, my sales man, was a bully and rude, that would be a first for ***s customers, he is the nicest guy you could ever meet! His customers love him! He gets very good praise from his customers always! I told *** *** this about ***I think *** was to the point with *** and she didn't like thatWe are taking care of this issue like others that happen from time to time and we will do our best to resolve the problem. *** *** does not have a leak on her roof that is causing any damage to her interior, this is mostly a cosmetic issueThank you *** *** President Doyle Exteriors, Inc
