Respectfully MARK ***

At this point I will not go back and forth with Mr ***we did not damage his truckwe installed his lift kit he brought to us and did it per the install instructions he provided by the manufacture the additional charge was for a basic kit not the one he brought to be installed so there was
more time and labor involvedthe rubber shock boots are an optional item for installhe did not specify he wanted them installedagain no where in the instructions or during the installation did we touch his power steering pump or rack and pinion he is looking for someone to blame for the problems with his truck

I never tried or implied to intimidate Mr [redacted]. he said he was going to take us to small claims court and I welcomed it. Again we never touched his rack and pinion steering. we simply installed his parts on his truck that he brought to us. yes a few bolts where not torqued completely but they are not life threatening bolts and would would not do the damage he claims they did. and they would be taken care of with his re torque of the truck. the so called up charge was for additional parts that were not noted to us on his estimate. since he made such a big deal out of it I waved the charges. if mr [redacted] would read the installations it clearly shows that the rack and pinion is not touched during the installation of the lift and the shock mount were rubber bushings and were not damaged , we tightened the shocks and everything was good when he left the shop.. he has a copy of the installation instructions. I feel he is just trying to blame someone else for the trucks problems. I think he should not of come in the shop screaming and yelling at my employees. he called my black employee a monkey and when I asked him about it he stumbled his words and said he said a monkey could do it.he also accused our shop of letting air out of the rear tires to make the truck level so I brought out the digital tire gauge and showed him myself that every tire was within a lb of each other.   so at this point I stepped in and asked him to deal directly with me. and not to argue with my mechanics. and the problems he's having with his front end alignment was due to the fact that the first alignment was with the old tires and he installed new one's after the lift was installed. so at this point if he would like to take our shop to small claims court I welcome it.  respectfully MARK [redacted]

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.
Mr. [redacted]'s response is indicative of how my interactions were with him and his employees, including his hanging up on me after a rant and rage.  He and his key employees refuse to have a productive conversation with me regarding the damage his shop caused.  [redacted] and his employees continue to try to deflect and intimidate by conjuring lies about bigotry and anything else they can think of to dilute the shop's apparent mechanical incompetence - all in hopes he can avoid paying $3500 for the damages or more the shop caused to my  truck.
Regards,

Regards,           I (Mr. [redacted]) am submitting my rebuttal in italics and Mark’s from Premier Off Road and Performance previous comments are in Times New Roman.             At this point there is nothing to say. You are right there is nothing more to say, but doing the right thing.  I have stated my case and never once lied about the story. Unlike Mark some of his story is misleading.  We can let the Revdex.com through facts and actions suggest the corrective measures.     i knw the condition it came in and the damage was done by Mr. [redacted]. he admitted  (all hearsay) he didn't he know what he was doing and that's why he had it towed to my shop.   obviously not everyone can turn a wrench and know what there doing. I have stated my rebuttal to Marks comments on this untrue statement.  I will not dignify with a response it is all in my last response I submitted on 9/12/2016.   and the service invoice did include working on the rack and pinion. Yes it did, but it was all after the fact---- not with my permission....The work requested was to install new upper control arms. The rack was to be dealt with the alignment shop this is why I requested my truck to be towed from Mark's shop to [redacted] where alignments are done correctly.  I had no choice, I had to pay the bill....I needed my truck.   So I drove my truck home and on the way is when I noticed all the issues that were going on with my truck.   I did not figure a simple change of upper control arms would come to a broken clock spring and 3 trips to [redacted] on 3 different occasions.  On the 3rd day I drove my truck to Brake Check and [redacted] the technician found that there were loose upper control arm mounting nuts.  This is work that was performed at Mark's shop, prior to me taking it to [redacted].  Once again, it was all documented in the [redacted]s paperwork that was filled out by [redacted] the technician.           In the dispute with [redacted], Mark submitted that I purchased the clock sensor at his cost and that [redacted] had installed it for free. This statement is not true I have paperwork showing that I purchased the clock sensor from [redacted] under the [redacted] account, which I paid for.  [redacted] was being sympathetic to my situation so he called [redacted] and ordered the clock sensor at his cost which I paid for and I have a receipt.  Per Mark, he said that [redacted] had installed the clock sensor for free.  Once again, this statement is not true.  I have a receipt from [redacted] proving that I paid for the clock sensor to be installed.   Regards, Mr. [redacted]

Mr [redacted] had his truck towed to our shop because he tried to do the repairs himself. by doing so he damaged his clock sensor. after we moved his steering wheel over a couple of degrees to fix the problem but the sensor was already damaged and need to be replaced. we replaced his upper control arms...

and tightened the lowers. that is what we were paid to do on the service order. we also removed the rack and pinion and turned the wheel several degrees over to try and correct the alignment problem. AT NO time did he ask for the truck to be towed to the alignment shop.  the alignment shop said it need to move a few more degrees but mr [redacted] didnt bring it back. he also elected them to do the repairs at [redacted]. I offered to remove and do it again but he opted not too . the damage to the clock sensor was done by mr [redacted] not knowing how to work on his truck, he said he read a forum on how to repair his rack and pinion well I guess he didnt read it all the way thru..  and when he attempted to dispute this with the credit card resolution center his story was completely different. I would think he would at least give the same story. and his dispute was denied by the credit card company twice.   RESPECTFULLY MARK [redacted]
