I WILL NEVER HIRE THEM AGAIN!!
I hired them in November to plumb my basement for a full bathroom and paid them in full; they sold me on the fact that they were a local reputable companyThey didn't finish the job and some of the work that they did finish was not done properlyWhen I met with the company in mid-November and asked for my money back, I was told that I would, "never get my money back and I had to take them to court to suit them."
Today is the morning of January 7, and they still haven't completed the job nor have they responded to my early-December Revdex.com complaintPlease see the issues that I had with them:
1- The plumber primarily assigned to work in my home was not a skilled, seasoned journeyman plumber (and he was left at my home on jobs by himself for hours at a time)It was my understanding that I was paying to have skilled plumbers work in my home2- Plumber(s) assigned to my home had to borrow tools from my contractor to do plumbing work (drill, drill bits, ladder, etc.)3-Plumber(s) assigned to my home caused damage to my home wall in the area they were directly working (I have to pay a contractor to repair the damage)4- Plumber(s) did a poor job re-concreting the floor after running the underground piping (they refused to fix it)5- I was told that the job would only take two days to complete and they never finished the job despite being PAID IN FULL6- I have been negatively affected due to Ohio Plumbing not assigning a skilled journeyman plumber to my and not finishing the work that I paid them to do7- I recently reported these issues with the local police department

I hired Ohio Plumbing to replace my sewer line The first quote was for a set priceThey came, they dug and could not find the line They stated that I must not know where my sewer line was even though a previous plumber had worked from the same space They then wanted an additional fifteen hundred dollars to dig again and complete the job While digging, they decided the job was bigger than they anticipated and needed an additional two thousand If they did not receive the 2K they would fill the hole and walk away Keep in mind, they broke the water line and had the missing piece laying beside the houseThis would have left me with no running water and no sewage When the first dig was a fail, I was told to use the sewage and water lightly and they would complete the job the following week A month later, I was still without a sewer line and they blamed the county The county shared with me that they were waiting for the company to file the proper paperwork According to

The company was hired to fix a plumbing problem at a new property I boughtA contract was signed They were to be paid by the bank after service
I had a signed estimate and contract with Ted for plumbing services at a rental property that I bought through HUDHe was informed by both *** Bank and my realtor that payment would be made after the work was done and inspected Work was completed today The plumber at the house asked for a check he was told that payment came from the bank after the job was done and inspected He left and asked us to call Ted I called and left a message for TED I got a return call from Jeff who immediately began screaming at me about how I had better get a check or else he was sending a plumber back to the house to rip out all the work that had been done and to turn off the water I tried again to explain what Ted had agreed upon and asked to speak with TED Jeff said "You are not gonna talk to Ted I am the owner and you are talking to

After experiencing a weekend mess in my basement of sewer sludge, Ohio Plumbing was the only unfortunately the NEO Contractor available to come investigateTheir crew was here for over initially trying to clear the lineHOURS before they declared it a bigger problemAfter sending the camera down the next day they quoted be $to fix my problem, and because of the weather they came back weeks later and dug - foot deep holes in my front yard trying to find my sewer pipe! Short story their original quote jumped up to $The lead-plummer was often on his phone, and often "bad-mouthing" his jobFast forward to months and I had brown-sludge STILL coming up in my basement and it took Ohio Plumbing days to call me back aboutI have a ONE-YEAR WARRANTY on their work and the owner, Jim refuses to come out to see what the problem isI would not recommend this company to dig a hole to bury my dogKay DPS the phone number I have for them is not the one listed here on Revdex.com
