January 24, 2017To Whom it May Concern:This letter is in response to the above referenced consumer complaintThank you for the opportunity to respond.Our office manages the billing for Doylestown Emergency AssociatesIn reviewing the billing records for [redacted] , there were visits between 5/26/and 8/09/Each visit had identical procedures and billed chargesAt the time of our review there were only of the accounts with balances that were being billed to the patientWe have not received any phone calls from the patient, notice by mail or any other means on either of these accounts prior to this notice[redacted] is correct in stating that he is not responsible for these chargesThey were billed to him in errorBoth accounts have now been corrected and currently reflect a $balancehave mailed out new statements to the patient for each of these accounts verifying there are no balances remaining.We trust this to be a satisfactory resolution to the patient's disputePlease feel free to contact me directly if additional information is needed.Regards,Melinda NClient Services

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.Thank you for your assistance in getting the business to resolve the improper invoices I received from the businessAs their response notes, they filed almost claims, only or of which were valid service claims accepted by my insurer, *** *** *** Their response letter contains multiple falsehoods (big surprise): I received invoices from the company totaling over $5,over the last months and prior to their response letter, I had received only one notice of a single claim (during the last days) being cleared up (and only following the Revdex.com complaint I filed) I also called their "collections center" each time I received an invoice and documented the calls They hide behind a PO Box number The only telephone number they provide on their invoices is for their "collections center", not their billing office They provide no physical address, no email contact, no website Their invoices falsely state that the patient (me) owes the money when they know that the claims filed were invalid service claims They continue an unethical billing practice in the hopes of scaring a patient into paying even when nothing is owed, as they clearly acknowledged in their response letter despite filing almost claims they also acknowledged were done in error Shameful Consumer beware

5/26/16 and 8/09/16. Each visit had identical procedures and billed charges. At the time of our review there were only 2 of the 49 accounts with balances that were being billed to the patient. We have not received any phone calls from the patient, notice by mail or any other means on either of these accounts prior to this notice.[redacted] is correct in stating that he is not responsible for these charges. They were billed to him in error. Both accounts have now been corrected and currently reflect a $0 balance. have mailed out new statements to the patient for each of these accounts verifying there are no balances remaining.We trust this to be a satisfactory resolution to the patient's dispute.
