No refunds, only exchanges if the product was not open or used within 7 days. We do exchanges for defective products meaning if it didn't work in the first place with no broken parts or used / abused. We do repairs, if it is fixable we only charge the parts not for labor other option is purchase a new AWD drift car for 55% off original price which is $30 plus tax. We would like to resolve this issue and keep you as a customer. Thanks.
