Dan Perkins Subaru has called and emailed Mr [redacted] on numerous occasions requesting an estimate from his technician in California for the repairs necessary on his vehicle.We have yet to receive this.I spoke to Mr [redacted] again today who assured me that he would fax the information to me in about two to three days so that we can resolve this issue.Dan Perkins Subaru is committed to our customers satisfaction and we are sure that we can reach a satisfactory resolution[redacted] **
