The consumer wanted a deck stained not painted.  The business was still willing to work with the consumer even though she wanted stain verse paint.  The consumer stain had a 24 hour dry time.  Company came out first day and had to reschedule because the deck needed prep work.  The company came with 2 men and worked 4 hours the first day, running out of supplied stain from consumer.  The business returned after the 24 hour dry time and had purchased additional stain, for the second coat of the job, the consumer needs to reimburse for this stain.  Additionally the second day one man worked two hours applying the second coat.

Horrible customer service! Extremely rude, should not be in the business if they are to treat customers like crap. I do not recommend their business.
