Review: I ordered two zones on Sunday morning (January 13) at 1:39am. My order number was [redacted]. They never arrived and no attempt was made to contact me to raise any issues or concerns. I called later in the day on Sunday and was informed that the order had been voided for some reason (he was unsure why), and that I would be receiving a refund.After waiting a few days, I called again and received the same answer. As of now (11:15a on January 30), I still have no yet received a refund for the $18.40 charged to my card (which included a tip for delivery).Desired Settlement: I would like the full amount refunded to my card.

I apologize that you have not received your refund for $18.40. Our point of sale indicates your credit card was refunded. I am investigating with our credit card processing company why the refund did not make it back to your card.

I have mailed a check to you for $18.40 today. I mailed it to 1094 [redacted] Rd Columbus 43212.

Once again I am very sorry for your trouble. Please contact me if I can be of service to you in the future.

Review: In front of the store there is clearly a sign advertising free delivery, however once ordered they prompt you to pay a delivery charge. We confronted the matter with the manager and he replied that the delivery charge was issued two months ago and the sign has not been removed.Desired Settlement: We would like the sign to be taken down and a compensation for this false and misleading advertising.

Dough Newark recently received a complaint in regards to a sign advertising

free delivery. We were forced to implement a delivery charge and did not take

the sign down in a timely fashion. We apologize for any inconvenience this may

have caused. The sign has been taken down.

I ordered D.P Dough at 11:39 pm and was told my order would arrive in 30-40 minutes. At 12:24am I called to see if they might have gotten lost coming to the house. I was told that the food was in the car and on its way to my apartment. At 1:05 am the food arrived at the apartment. When answering the door the deliver man was very rude. He stated that this was the second time that they had come to my apartment and that he had called and that they had knocked. When I tried to explain to the driver that I had not received a phone call and that maybe the gentleman before had went to the other door in the building he became even more rude. After bringing the food in the house I proceeded to call dp dough at 1:09am and asked to speak with the manager. I had tried to explain to the manager what happened and how I had not received a phone call and that they might have gone to the other door the manager kept interrupting me and would not let me speak and continued to tell me that they did in fact call me and that we had not answered. I explained to him that we had our door open so it would of been impossible to miss the knock. To which he proceeded to laugh at me and continue to be incredibly rude. I asked the manager If we could have a refund on our delivery because of the wait time for our food, the fact the food was soggy and cold and for the behavior of his delivery driver and he told me no. The entire transaction was completely unprofessional. I would just like my money back for the lack of service I received and because I was unable to eat my food. The boxes they even came in were torn up and bent do to carelessness. I am very unhappy with the treatment I received from this business and am unaware of how they are still in business if this is how they treat there customers. This is not the first time I have had trouble with this company they often send out the wrong order or forget various items that were ordered. Thank you for your time and consideration.
