I have received a complaint with the above referenced ID.  The customer’s statement of the problem is vastly different than that of the truth.  The customer ordered food at 1:43am on 5 Mar 2017.  My delivery driver tried to deliver the food in a timely manner, but the customer did not...

answer his phone when the driver called multiple times.  The customer lives in an apartment complex that remains locked with a security door and must be opened with a code, or let in by a tenant.  Upon arrival back to D.P. Dough the driver made me aware that he could not make contact with the customer.  I personally tried calling the customer and did not receive an answer.  This was not the first time that we have had trouble trying to deliver food to this customer.  The same day at 810pm he called back to complain that he never received his food the night before.  We explained to him that if he does not answer his phone we cannot deliver the food.  At this point we re-made the food and sent it out to him again.  I had the General Manager deliver the food and explain to the customer that this would be the last time that we would be delivering to him due to the amount of issues that we have had in the past.  The customer gave the food back to the driver and told him “forget about it I don’t want it anymore”.   At that time my General Manager apologized for the inconvenience and informed the customer that he is welcome to pick up orders in the future.  This was the last contact that I had with the customer before receiving the complaint from The Revdex.com.  If you have any questions please feel free to contact the undersigned. Thank you,[redacted] OwnerD.P.
