I have not had any negative experiences with this company.

In fact, they are quick and efficient.

One time I made an order and did not receive the box, probably because I live on the corner and have had other items stolen. After DPI asked me to check with my post office, and having no luck, they promptly sent another package. This one required a signature to ensure I received it, at no extra cost to me.

I appreciate their customer service.
