trying to collect e-bay fees that were not owed.
I had listed a 1969 ford galaxie 500 4 door antique car with rep to sale on two different occasions at the cost of $55.00 per listing in two different formats. the vechicle did not sale. we talked it over, and waited about 10 days before we listed the car again under a different format. the car still did not sell,and on the afternoon of 9-11-2013 at about 3:15pm, the rep calls my cell phone asking me when I was going to pay the $75.00 listing fee to e-bay? I told him I only had to pay an e-bay fee if the car sold.we had a little dispute over the situation, and I told him I would get back with him. I called e-bay and they said that I did not owe any fee's because the car did not sale. so I sent him a text message and told him NICE TRY!!! I also stated that I was reporting him to Revdex.com and E-BAY . this is a true form of stealing by deception from e-bay and myself. I have not been to the police yet. I hope that we can get this issue resolved. thank .you, and I am a e-bay member to
