Never showed up, never called backOur lawn mower broke and we needed lawn service for a couple of weeks until it was fixedDavid, the person who answered the business number, said he'd have the crew out in a couple of days and that I needed cash on hand to pay them at the time of serviceThis was MondayThursday comes and I haven't heard from them at allI called again and he said he'd have the crew come out that day and he'd call me back when he figured out what time they'd be hereAs of 7:00, never heard from himCalled him back again and got his voicemail, where I told him not to bother coming out at all as I'd find someone else
Very unprofessional, and now my grass is thigh high on my toddler, who can't even play in the yard until it's mowed

In May 2015, I called David to request a concrete estimateI had to call a few times to follow upHe did come out and was pleasant and gave an estimateHis price was reasonableI called back to let him know I would like for him to do the workHe said he needed the plat, which I emailed to himIt was rainy, so he said he would not be able to work on it right awayI never heard back from him on when he would start the projectIt's August and still have not heard from himNo follow up, no communication

My name is David ***, owner of D.PLandscaping incI am wanting to get the facts straight on the issue listed aboveThe person who is placing this complaint called the office and spoke to my brother who told her that I was out of town for two weeks and that she should call back upon my return
The reason he asked her to call me back was because I was the only one that new the answer to her questionWhen she called it was also off season meaning that we were not open for businessWhen he tried explaining this to her she was screaming and not letting my brother give his response as to why he was not able to helpShe was very upset and not wanting to hear from him and said she was going to be placing a complaintNow that I am back I am looking at this issue and I as the owner have no problem in refunding back the money, but we need you to understand that this was not our mistake as she was the one who gave the check to one of my employees, who then proceed to give to us the check as he usually does for the different jobs we doIt is unfortunate that she was not patient to deal with this in a professional manner, but I am more than willing to refund back what she gave to us. note: Should I refund the check to her now? or wait for a response from you guys?
