We received a call from *** *** security which is in Apple ValleyWe have signs up indicating that we will tow cars away that shouldn't be parked thereThey called us and told us that they needed us to remove a car from their property
This car had already received numerous warnings from their securityWe towed the car to our yardI called it in to the police and told them we had itA day later *** called me and asked why I towed itI explained the reason over and overHe asked if he could get his stuff outI said yes and told him it was by appointment onlyI gave him the address and told him that he can not access the car unless I am thereWe have security there but they do not do any releasingWe set a time but he got there before I did and him and his girlfriend knocked my security guard over and took belongings from the carI called the police and they told me to file chargesI called the owner of the vehicle several times after that and let him know that he can not get his belongings unless the police comes to the appointmentHe left us a signed pink slipThere is nothing else we can do
