Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved. Although most of the response is fabricated, I will accept my money back. They did not offer to fix my nails, I went in at 5:15 when closing time posted was 7:00 and when I went to take a picture of the license she pushed me and flipped the license down. Please have her send a $20 check [redacted]

Manager and Cosmetician:
Customer came in store about an hour before before closing time.
She said she only had 45 minutes, but wanted a full set of colored gel nails.
I told her, "that takes much more time than 45 minutes."
She said, "Okay, just do full acrylic set then."
I did the full acrylic set.
After she washed her hands she said her "little fingernails were crooked" and she used my file to fix them herself.
I then put polish on her nails and brushed off any extra polish on her cuticles.
Now she sat with fan for her nails to dry.
She then asked me a question and I said, "No, I don't understand you?"
She then said , "Where is your license?"
I pointed to the wall, and said, "Yes, my license is right there on the wall."
She then licked her nails, so I checked her nails and said, "Okay, dry."
She asked how much for nails, and I said twenty dollars.  She then threw a twenty dollar bill on the front counter and said again, "Where is your license?"
Again, I pointed to the wall at my license.
When she took out her phone to take a picture, the salon manager said, "Why are you taking a picture? If you are not happy, we can fix it for you."
She said she "did not have any time to fix it."
She left, and when she was outside,  she turned around and smiled as she took a picture of the front of the salon.
No one touched her and no one yelled at her.
If she wants her $20.00, back, I will send a refund check and sorry she was not happy.
We always want our customers to be happy.

Review: I stopped in to get my nails done and I sat down in the chair and told her I had an hour for a full set, which should be plenty of time and she told me "no problem." This woman did a horrible job on my nails, she burned me over 10 times and all of my fingers are sore, all of my nails are uneven and different shapes. When she painted them she didn't clean them up at all so it looks like a 5 year old painted my nails! There was powder residue all over my hands because of her sloppy job. It has been 12 hours and all of my fingers are sore and cut up. I asked to see her license and she said she did not have one, they had a main one for the salon. She said she did not regularly do nails. I was outraged at the unsanitary environment, the poor service, and lastly the unprofessional manner. I simply said I am sorry but I am unsatisfied with the service, and please come look and the owner started to yell at me and pushed me when I tried to take a picture of the license to report them. I don't think businesses like this should be operating, and I am pretty sure they are not to code for a salon because that place was filthy.Desired Settlement: I paid $20 for a full set and the only reason I did so was because I am a honest individual however I do not feel this matter was handled in a professional fashion and being that I am in pain because of the service I feel someone should check this place out so no one else has an experience like mine.
