Good morning, Unfortunately the company had a fillable form for the contract (here: http://dpweddings.com[redacted]/ ) and never sent a PDF version. As for the receipts, they were sent in an email and not in any formal formal, which I have attached. They sent a...
Certificate of Insurance that they had to fill our for our wedding venue, which has some of their company information. They have used multiple addresses, so I don't know which is the most accurate. Also for note, we originally purchased a lower package and upgraded at a later date. We received $200 off the original price due to our troubles, so that's why dates and dollar amounts may not seem to line up. Please let me know if there is anything else I can provide that may help.[redacted]
