I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I got my car back yesterday and this business went out of their way to make me a satisfied customer.

Terry VW Subaru is currently working on some of the customers concerns with this car. we are confident that the customer will be satisfied with his concerns upon completion of service work being performed. Just an FYI the Carfax is clean on this car now as well as when the car was sold. We are not...

and have never said that the car was never in an accident because we haven't owed it since it was new. However we use the largest history reporting tool to provide our customer with the exact same info we look at when acquiring cars. I do not want to go back to a place and collect money from a company that rips people off daily. They can have my 125 dollars but they can be sure I will be spreading the word on this business. The fact that they want me to come back and show me a fact that I already know is uncomfortable in it self. I bought a car from Terry and I will be trading this car in and buying from a different dealer. What ever happened to honesty in this world anymore. You do a good job, you work hard and you struggle everyday to pay your bills taxes and with barley any left over for to save for retirement, kids college and so on.  Thank you for handling my complaint.  [redacted]

Previously we had a disagreement and through the Revdex.com [redacted] agreed to send me a 100 dollar fuel that because his employees had lied to me. Well 1 month later and I still do not have the fuel card. I feel as if it should be a 200 dollar fuel card now because that is twice his company has lied to me.200 dollar fuel card issued to me due to the the GM himself lying to a customer through the Revdex.com.

My sincere apologies,I asked the salesperson to take care of this and upon receiving this follow up, I was informed that they had not done that. I am personally handling this now and the fuel card for $200.00 we be mailed today.Thank you[redacted]

While the details provided by the dealership are not entirely correct, I did sell the car back to them & this matter is resolved.  No further action will be taken or requested.Thank you for your assistance.

I am very sorry the customer feels that we did something to their vehicle that wasn't needed. We take pride in all of our work we perform here. I will be happy to refund this customer their money for not only the air filter but the oil change as well. The only thing I ask is that they would give us...

ten minutes of their time to show them the air filter on another car like theirs as well as the induction system, in order for them to see how leaves and debris can make it to the air filter.  Thank you [redacted] GM

There we several attempts made to repair the inner fender liner from being pulled loose. We were unable to determine why this kept happening. The rattle from the rear of the care was determined to be the customers jumper cables rattling. As a result of not being able to rebuild the customers...

Terry VW & Subaru Manager said they would take care of "some" of my concerns. I responded to Mr. [redacted] at their Clearance Center who is monitoring the progress, that I wanted all of my concerns remedied.Now as of today, they are still working on the Kia, replacing the bumper cover, which would also need to be color matched and painted.
In my journey here, my new insurance company. [redacted], who is much more professional than the last, [redacted], got the information about the Kia being in an unreported accident from the Nexis Plexus system, accessible to Insurance Agents.It possibly would not have been reported to Carfax until it was resolved, and was still open. It may not be reported at all. It would be my suggestion that anyone buying a Used car, take the VIN Number of the Used Car you are interested in, to your Insurance Agent. It matters to the Insurance Agent whether the car being insured has damage to it or not. This takes additional time, and the Auto Dealer may need to agree to hold the vehicle until you get any information available to the Insurance Agent.Due to time restrictions of reporting back to the Revdex.com within 30 days, all I can say at this point is that Terry VW & Subaru appear to be fulfilling my wishes and I should be a satisfied customer when all is done.I have not test driven the car to date.
