DPG Media Group has been charging my credit card for the last one month without my authorization and I try canceling the debit on my card through there live Chat which was offline and have been charged $4.98 about 6 times just within a month I want a refund please and has quick has possible

I have ordered a flashlight from dpgmedia and have not received it.. Have left several messages with company and have gotten no response at all. Apparently theyhave scammed me out of my money.. Everywhere I have checked I can't find a contact number. If anyone has a contact number could you pass it on please. I simply would like to receive the flashlight or my money back. Every review I have read has not been good. Stay away from this company!

Ive had DPG media group take $88.50taken off my debit card all I want is my refund so I can cancle my card completely .
I did sign up for a one dollar trial offer but thats it no my cards telling me 90 day waite for refund. Can anyone please help me its taken me all day to find this service as there 1 800 #s no good the transaction took place this morninig 4/11/18 I need this money to pay my rent! Thank you mark evans

I have had an unauthorised amount of money taken from my credit card and the company refuse to make contact with me after a number of emails sent.I signed up for a trial on the site, costing $1 which is what I agreed to. Nothing in their site said I would be automatically billed the next day for $38. My bank account froze my account as they saw this as an unauthorised transaction. I have sent numerous emails to DPG Media Group and so far they have not answered one. I would like a refund of the money which should not have been taken from my account and a guarantee that no further money will be taken. This company has repeatedly charged my credit card without authorization. I signed up for a free trial on a website, then cancelled it within the proper time frame. Since then I have been charged various amounts on about a weekly basis. I ended up canceling my credit card to make it stop. Desired SettlementJust want to be done with this. No settlement wanted. My card was charged for a membership, the company failed to send information on canceling temporary membership and charged my card anyway.Company is not available to discuss unauthorized charges. Month after month DPG media group continues to charge my credit card after I have asked them countless times to cancel what I had signed up for.I signed up with my credit card for a $1 trial on one of their websites, before I knew It I was charged $29.48USD three times within a months time. The first charge was on September 6th, 2015, then twice on September 14th. 2015 for the same amounts...I asked them to stop charging my card and the $29.48 charges stopped, but I was not refunded my money. I spoke to someone at [redacted]@aol.com to help after after many messages someone replied. From the first charge until now I have been randomly charged $8.99USD sometimes once, or up to three times in a month...I request a refund and to cancel my account from the person behind the email address and usually they refund my credit card, but do not cancel my account. Recently I received more charges and asked for a refund but got no refund this time. I joined [redacted].com on August 10th using the $4.95 trial and cancelled my subscription that same day only to be billed three $24.95 charges.I joined [redacted].com on August 10th using the $4.95 trial membership. When I joined, there was no mention of any reoccurring charge, but knowing how these websites are very dishonest I checked and cancelled my membership immediately after joining.On August 19th and September 12th I see two $24.99 charges on my creditcard statement for DPG Media Group. I go back to their help website (http://[redacted].com/dpghelp) looking to dial the X-XXX-XXX-XXXX number from my Canadian phone number and I get a message that this number is not assigned.Of course there is no email address provided on this http://[redacted].com/dpghelp website to contact anyone, so I tried calling netbilling as they processed the payment, but they advised me that they could not do anything.After that ordeal, I filled out the the little contact form provided on http://[redacted].com/dpghelp asking for these charges to be reversed and my account cancelled again and after no response, I know am seeing another $24.99 charge on my creditcard statement from DPG Media Group.There is also no reset password [redacted] or anything like that on [redacted].com, but I was able to find the screenshot I took of when I joined and it still let me log-in with my temporary username/password. For some reason my account was active and the details were showing reoccurring billing and some @[redacted].com email address that I have never seen before. I clicked to cancel my subscription again, but have no reason to believe my creditcard will stop being billed this time either.
