The day the customer bought the car she filled our application where it is written that we require full coverage insurance and when she signed the contracts we told her about it and she put her initials that she understood it, she was accompanied with a female friend and her daughter maybe she was distracting and she didn't remember it.After a week driving the car we never received her proof of full coverage insurance, that means she was driving the car for a week without even a liability insurance and for security of our property (because if someone hit her car without insurance both parties will lose), we told her we need to have it.Then she was calling numerous times usually Saturday's afternoons telling us she was bringing the insurance before we closed but she never did, even one time Saturday 8/12/ her mother called to the office from California saying that her daughter need to drive there and we told her that we didn't receive the proof of full coverage insurance yet.She bought the car 7/29/and after days we received the 1st_ fax from the insurance company and because they didn't put the all correct information, we called them several times to fix it and finally we received her proof of insurance by fax 8/23/6:47pm it means it took her almost a month to have it, we noticed that the insurance that she got it is just for a month and we advised her to get at least months that it'll be cheaper for her but she said she found this insurance online and we remind her again that we require full coverage insurance all the time or the car will be under repo for default on the contract.Then she started to posting low reviews and complaints in Facebook and Google, we are sorry she felt mistreat, we told her several times it's not personal that the rules are for all of our customers, we have signs all over at the office about require proof of full coverage insurance.We don't have refundable policy; she just need to make the car payments on time in the office, by phone or send them by mail just to make sure we will always receive them on time and always have proof of full coverage insurance, today September 9th, she made her payment by phone.This is a business established since with rules to follow unfortunately we can't have special privilege treatment for each of our customers
