Review: on October of this year I received two phone call from this people, one that I could not hear and then a message at the voice mail at my job. When I return the call to my surprise it was from this people asking me to pay for a dental procedure I had which I could not pay at the time. I asked the woman not to call me at my working place because it is not the place I conduct my personal matters, and she was very rude and hang up on me. I called her back again and asked her why she hang up on me been that she had made me call her twice and was even worse, and was not able to resolve anything. After requesting not to call my job they never call me or sent me any correspondence at my home. Today [redacted] they sent me a letter at work. This is unacceptable, and embarrassing and I could loose my job. At my work we have signed a consent for some one else to open our correspondence and we are not allowed to receive any personal correspondence which is why I requested not calls at my working place. I need your help please. I don't feel that what this type of intimidation is right, I feel they are harassing me at my working place when they can call me.Desired Settlement: I would like to resolve my debt with the dental office or with another agency with more scruples.
