I am rejecting this response because: It was not 2 months. They notified me 1 and a half months after purchase of vehicle. I have recorded conversations and text messages from Donna, Tim, and Phillip. The contract with my financing bank barely got taken care of and they have records to prove DPM false accusations.

April 4, 2015 Attn: Revdex.com RE: Case# [redacted] DPM Motor Cars Inc. [redacted] Dear Sir or Madam: • Ms. [redacted] purchased a 2010 Nissan Pathfinder • The vehicle did develop an issue with the 4WD after the 15 day warrantee; however, DPM Motorcars always strives to keep our...
customers happy and as an act of goodwill, brought the vehicle in for repair. • DPM Motorcars, who does not provide loaner vehicles, put Ms. [redacted] in a loaner while her vehicle was in for service. • The regular mechanic that worked on her vehicle could not resolve the issue. • DPM Motorcars had the vehicle moved to the local Nissan dealership so that it could be repaired by factory trained mechanics. • Nissan was not able to find the problem and unable to repair the vehicle. • DPM offered Ms. [redacted] an option to pick out a different vehicle, and contract her for the other vehicle. • Ms. [redacted] agreed and drove away in the Honda Ridgeline she picked out. She was supposed to return to sign the new contract documents, which would have paid off the Nissan and moved her payment account to the new contract. • Ms. [redacted] was never heard from again until she needed a new temporary plate, at which time she was told that she breached her agreement, had not made any payment on her existing contract, and the vehicle she was in needed to be returned; and was later repossessed. • DPM Motorcars expended monies in excess of any profit that could have been made because of efforts to remedy the issue with the Nissan, re-contracting, and ultimately repossessing the vehicle. Sincerely, DPM Motorcars
