I am rejecting this response because:
I did not finance the vehicle. All they did and agreed to hold it till I had payed it off. That's not financing, that holding the vehicle till it's paid in cash like I had said I would. They say that they had given me a $40.00 credit to when I should not have been charged there to begin with and it's olny because the sales guy did the charge wrong. So because the sales guy shorted the dealership, Steve said we won't change you again to when I should not have been charged the $182.83. I have never signed any loan papers everything was done in cash so therefore they are charging me interest on a cash deal. They are a rip-off to when they say I had to pay interest on a loan to when I never took a loan.

Dear Revdex.com, I want to thank the Revdex.com for giving us the opportunity to respond to this complaint, complaint#[redacted]. On 1/26/18 the complainant purchased a 2000 Dodge Ram truck from First Class Cars. The complainant put $500 dollars down and...
financed the remaining balance. On 2/2/18 the complainant made a $1,000 dollar payment. On 2/22/18 the complainant made another payment in the amount of $8,100 dollars, the remaining balance was $218.26 which included interest from the date of purchase to 2/22/18. The complainant told me he did not bring the full amount so as a courtesy to the customer I discounted the remaining balance to $182.83. giving the customer a discount in the amount of $35.43. I did not need to do that, I did that as a courtesy to the customer for being a good customer and paying off their vehicle. On 1/26/18 all the papers were signed by the customer including the Retail Installment Contract which clearly shows the interest that was being charged at that time the customer received copies of all the papers including the Retail Installment Contract, this was all clearly explained by myself to the customer at the time of purchase and at the time of payoff, at both those occasions there was never a concern or problem raised by the customer, it was clearly understood why and how much the interest charges were going to be. I reject this customers rude comments that our business is rude, rip-off and dishonest, I could have charged the customer the full amount but only at a courtesy did I give them a discount. This has all been explained to them on several occasions prior to this complaint, I am sorry they have not understood what we have explained to them.
