I am rejecting this response because: They are not begin up front with you We had an inspection done before moving in and there wasn't any water damage We would have had that fixed or not purchased the house More importantly, months after living in the house we had the water damage DPS Exteriors came out to the house, took pictures, told us they installed the shingles incorrectly, and fixed how the shingles were installed They acknowledged their problem What they have not done was fix or compensate me for the water damage that it caused inside the house

We were contracted (not by these people) but the previous homeowners to put on a new roofThe reason we put a new roof on was because it was leaking on the interiorWhen we were finished up with the job the roof was completely covered and had no problemsThat is, until it was sold and the new
owners decided to say that the old damage was our faultWE DID NOT cause the damage in the houseIt is old damage and was there before the "new roof" was put onThis was confirmed by the old owner

I honestly dont care what this scam artist has to sayThey should take us to court and I'll show the proofThey are liars
