not get any calls about the replaced product having any issues in April, May or even June of We then see a call logged in our system in September about a problem with a productSeptember is 1/years after they received the productThis is very strangeWe certainly would have replaced the damaged product if called in a timely manner but months later is very unusualI am hesitant to offer a $credit on a future order since this does seem right.I am attaching a screen shot of the original order from March and the replacement shipment from March 27, 2012.Please call me if you need to discuss this further***Sincerely

I will make this really simple I ordered a product and never received it then when I called them to get the matter resolved I was greeting a employee that had no interest in assisting me with my problem. I was transfered to a manager by the name of Richard , "Rich". Unfortunately I was furthoe displeased with the confrontational attitude I was greated with and furthor informed on how they have 0 interest in assisting me in this matter.
Take it from me there are way better supplement companies out there that actually care about delivering the goods to there customers and care to keep your business, If they've ripped me off over $55.00 dollars can you imagine what they will do for a bigger order. NOT WORTH IT !

Review: I ordered a 12lb box of protein among other products from this company. It came damaged and the protein powder was spilling out. We called and returned it for a replacement. When the replacement came it was also damaged and defective. The protein was spilling out because there was holes in the box of protein. I have contacted them numerous times trying to resolve it. They said because it was outside the 30 days that they could not help. The reason it is outside the 30 days is because of shipping back and forth. I told the company that I just want a replacement for the item that I received. They are refusing to help. Everytime I call, they tell me that there is nothing they can do. However I do not accept that. I have dealt with plenty of companies and they are more than willing to rectify their mistakes. However, DPS Nutiriton is refusing to help. The notes that they take are incorrect. I feel that there is not trust at all with the company. They tell me one thing and write down another. There have been a few instances where they tell me that they will provide store credit to help however when I call to redeem, they tell me there is nothing in the notes about it. I feel that I am getting the run around and they just want to get me off the phone.Desired Settlement: I want a new 12lb protein of [redacted] Mass Gainer. That is what I originally had ordered.

I do see that we replaced the damaged product on March 27th 2012 (shipping time to CA is 5 business days). We did not get any calls about the replaced product having any issues in April, May or even June of 2012. We then see a call logged in our system in September 2013 about a problem with a product. September 2013 is 1 1/2 years after they received the product. This is very strange. We certainly would have replaced the damaged product if called in a timely manner but 18 months later is very unusual. I am hesitant to offer a $34.80 credit on a future order since this does seem right.I am attaching a screen shot of the original order from March 2012 and the replacement shipment from March 27, 2012.Please call me if you need to discuss this further.
