Hello [redacted] , I would like to find out why the customer waited so long to file complaint when he says that the window failed on the first tryHe should have came right back to have us take care of the problemI or no one here ever received a phone call or email from the customerHe always emailed me when he wanted his truck repairedI would also like to find out what was so unprofessional about the window repair? It was a simple re-gluing of the window to the track (customer already had door panel removed) and special glue was used to hold the glass to the regulator that we got from the window / windshield replacement companyAlso what was the problem with the cooling system? What was not tightened properly? Once again we never received a complaint of any problems from this customerHow did and who did this customer talk to to try and get this problem resolved? Why did the customer not come in and ask for me of someone in charge? We here at Wark's always take care of any problems that may occurIf this is the way we conducted business the Revdex.com would be flooded with complaintsWe been a member of Revdex.com for over years with no complaintsI can't refund and money with out knowing what the problem was with the cooling leakWhere and what was leaking? This car has over k miles on it and anything could go wrong at any timeIf customer has a legit complaint then I would be more then happy to refund the amount charged for what ever work we did Richard W [redacted] / Wark's Liberty

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:1) the fact that I took months to decide what to do is a non-issue2) I did not return to the business to because they ignored my instructions and damaged my truck the first time (see #3)3) to repeat what was in the complaint: the window was glued directly on a spot obviously requiring free passage, thus limiting the range of window movement to inches This was after specific instructions to replace the entire part.4) the radiator hose housing the thermostat was improperly tightened, thus causing slow leakage of over gallons of antifreeze and requiring an emergency pullover to repair.5) there is no reason for me to ever contact a business again when they have proven themselves incapable of simple communication or competent work.6) the window remains unfixed and I have video of exactly how the window (doesn't) operate I will be happy to provide a Revdex.com investigator the evidence of this clearly botched job It is very obvious what was done wrong.7) whether other unsatisfied customers bother to take the time to attempt resolution with the Revdex.com has no bearing on this case.8) I would like to arrange an appointment w the investigator to physically show [redacted] the attempted repair It will be easy to see how poorly thought out it was, and why the truck is in worse shape now than before I have another mechanic who has given me an estimate of $to redo the job for Wark, and more than half is to clean up their glue job.Regards, [redacted] ***
