I am rejecting this response because:Last week, another charge from this company appeared on my bank statement Unfortunately, my notes are at work so I don't have the details, but I did get the name of the representative who helped me, the date of the transaction & the amount that was charged She said they would credit the amount back to me & cancel my account (again), but I was told the same thing by the previous representative and a charge still occurred As of today, I have not seen the credit show up on my statement

Upon the receipt of this newest complaint response the two additional transactions that occurred on 04/30/2017 WellFit $19.95 and 06/29/2017 ShapeMentor $29.95 is now being refunded.   Those two additional refunds was processed on September 12th and will also appear individually and not as one lump sum.

We have a 90 day no questions asked refund policy, so we have refunded your charge on November 28, 2016.From the complaint, its obvious you were not aware of the membership. You either signed up after purchasing a health product online or via a...

phone call to your house.  If it were online, the purchase would have most likely been about a month or two prior to the charge. We are a Health and Wellness Educational website. We provide a medical doctor to answer customer emails regarding anything health related. The doctor can also provide a healthy diet for the customer. The site is updated frequently with blogs and health related articles. Tens of thousands of people sign up for the service each year.  Most are very happy with it.  We are sorry that you signed up in error or, if there was fraud of some sort, we recommend that you cancel your card as soon as you see the refund hit your account. This can happen, and because of that, we make sure to stick to the no questions asked refund policy. I personally went in the system today, and made sure that you had been removed from any type of rebilling. 08/10/2017 [redacted]md and on 08/31/2017 a refund was processed from MemberID[redacted]for the charge of $39.90 on 08/28/2017 [redacted].  In total $169.90 had been refunded. . From the complaint, its obvious you were not aware of the membership. You either signed up after purchasing a health product online or via a phone call to your house.  If it were online, the purchase would have most likely been about a month or two ago.
