DQ Grill & Chill

I have enjoyed the location and service and food and drink of this restaurant for many years. I have been in Bend since 1964 and have been a leader of communtity activities and clubs, ie President of the Bend Chamber of Commerce and President of the Central
Oregon economic Development Council.
Anyhow, for the past several months the quality and timing of the store has gone downhill, slowly week by week. The food quality is still good. It just takes longer and a
longer to stand there to give an order and thento get an order.
I will keep going there, I just wanted you to know.

Order 66 was received and I went back to the table.

My wife and I discussed the fries and I went back up to MJ. She pointed out that we ate 1/2 of the fries! Well, I went back to my table to finish my burger and drink. When we were ready to leave I pointed out to her that I did not finish them and that I would do the survey. I could not find the 19 digit on the receipt. That is why I am here.

Normally, I would not do this but I felt that everyone needs to know what to expect.

I just spent $15.97 for two chz Delux DBL They come with 2 orders of fries. I also ordered a large fry since one of us are gluten free. The burgers were good however the fries were horrible. Greasy and dry Never again

On Nov 7, my husband who is handicapped drove my grandchildren to this DQ to get dinner for themselves - I had surgery so I was unwilling to make dinner for them & treat them at the same time - they went inside and ordered six piece chicken basket and four piece with extra cheese sauce for them both - the total was - a lot for children & a grandmother who is trying to raise them but as I said I was hurting & willing to payUpon coming home they informed me that they didn't get the pieces chicken but four piece dinners - it is a small mistake - told them to give me the receipt & I would call but there was no phone number on it - so I went to the restaurant which is across town & walked in and asked how they could make THEIR mistake right - talked to the manager who said that I would have to produce the box (right here I will have to say we are talking about PIECES OF CHICKEN not a $mistake, not even a $mistake) - I explained that I live across town & had already traveled over the bumpy roads after just having surgery & she informed me she was not responsible for the roads & would not do anything for me without box - we traveled back home but needless to say by the time I got back home the kids had eaten the food - now there was no PROOF of their mistakeFinally found the phone number & called manager & told her the kids had eaten the food and again she told me she was going to do NOTHING to fix mistakeI have been a manager this was handled SO wrong on SO many levels all she had to do was say "Next time you come in we will give you a piece for the price of the piece" simple fix & the right and fair one...now this restaurant has lost customers and I WILL be telling everyone about this event and also be putting it on facebook, website, DQ franchise page....etc etc etc ...actually anyone and everything I can think of will hear about the treatment this DQ gives their customers
