I am rejecting this response because:
There clearly seems to be some communication issues here On 12/11/I called Kyle and complainedI stated to Kyle that the machine was not working correctly, not even close to working correctly It would not move more than feet in inches of snow without bogging down The neighbor stated to me that day, "sounds like you have a little carburetor issue there".What was discussed was that Kyle was to pick the machine up at my home on 12/12/16, but not before 1PM I indicated to him that was as early as possible the machine would be made availableAnd after 1PM the machine was left in the front for his pick up all afternoonThe machine was not picked up and I did not receive any calls, messages or a simple text otherwise I called again on 12/15/leaving a message, and never heard back from Kyle, thus my Revdex.com complaint, "The machine runs worse than when I hauled it in for repair".I'm a patient person, not asking for something for free, but what I was left with is junk, thus the refund requestA business claiming to provide customer service and doesn't step up to makes it rightHow many time do I need to call them? The machine has not been repaired, I need the $refunded so I can afford go else where for service I'll be shoveling snow this week again

As far as the issue with the repair.  I run every engine for 15 minutes after each of my repairs and test all functions.  I would never give a engine back to a customer that doesn't work properly.  [redacted] did call me about the issue and we agreed that I would pick the snow...

blower back up by noon at his home address of [redacted] chanhassen, mn 55317.  I got too his home at 11:45am and waited until 12:10pm.  I rang the door bell and called the customer with no answer.  I Have not heard back from the customer since.  It was the busy season and there is a possibility I did not get his voicemails.  I can be reached by phone, email and text.  did not receive any concerns from the customer.  As I have told the customer that during transportation something with the carb might have got stuck while bouncing around in his vehicle.  Last night I reached out to the customer stating if he feels the Revdex.com complaint is the way he wants to take care of this issue thats perfectly ok with me or he can just simply get a hold of me and I would be perfectly happy to help him out and get his snow bower running great( like it did when it left my shop).  I would look at it for free and mostly likely take care of the issue for free unless I find its a new issue that was not covered under the last repair.  I will not issue a refund as I got paid for the work I did and I guarantee the snow blower ran perfectly when it left my shop.  Again whatever is wrong is probably a small issue from transporting the snow blower back to his home.  who knows maybe the gas is still shut off.
